Do I need internet?
No. The license is digitally signed and verified offline. Only update checks and optional device activation use a connection.
How long is the trial?
15 days of full Pro after install. Then it reverts to Free; enter a license to go Pro.
How does the license work? How many PCs?
After purchase you get a code by e-mail for your company; paste it in Settings → License. It can be activated on a set number of devices and moved between them.
Is my data safe? Is it sent to the cloud?
Your plans and customer data stay on your device. The app does not send load/route data to any cloud. Only your download e-mail is stored (see Privacy).
Can I import my Excel list?
Yes. Upload .xlsx/.csv; the column-mapping engine handles any format with auto-guess and preview (Pro).
What are group (customer) labels?
In groupage each customer is a group; you print QR labels with reference, POD, piece no (1/N) and size/stack info for every piece.
Can I get an invoice / VAT?
